Responsive Services

PCME Ltd offer a full range of both proactive and responsive service options to suit operators wishing to either plan scheduled service activities (proactive), or approach service as required (responsive). Responsive services provide operators with confidence that PCME Service Engineers are on hand for routine service, inspection and repair works and in a manner that minimises downtime and process intervention.

Service features include:

  • Breakdown response callout
  • Full instrument download and interrogation
  • Sensor cleaning and functionality testing
  • Return to base, in-house repair option

  • Annual Service Visit
  • Annual Return to Base
  • Breakdown Response Option 1
  • Breakdown Response Option 2

Annual Service Visit and Annual Return to Base are optionally available as a contract to provide a scheduled structure of support over an extended period. Full details are available on request from PCME Ltd.
